He is also a registered ASTTBC CHI home inspector, Red Seal registered plumber, Red Seal registered electrician, BC Safety Authority B-level gas technician, AHERA registered asbestos inspector, IICRC registered flood and fire restoration technician, and IICRC registered mold cleaning technician.

Richard Liu, Assistant Project Manager at SERVPRO of Abbotsford, With a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of British Columbia, and he also holds a Master's degree in Big Data and Business Intelligence.
